After the system is initialized and the necessary definitions and data are loaded ... ... you can login in (optional - in setup you can turn-off the login screen). There are two passwords: the secret password and a harmless one in case you store protectable data.

In the Setup Tab you define the content of your database which consists of - tables (sections) - fields - attributes.

First of all you define your tables. In this example we have 2 tables. But perhaps you want to store some information about friends, stamps, airplanes, animals, or something completely different?

The next step is to define the fields in your table. Below an overview about the fields of table 'myGirlFriends'.

Each field should have a type. The type is important. Depending on the type you will have additional functionality, see below.

A built in FTP-server allows you to transfer data between your computer and your iPhone.

With Export you create all definition- files and data-records which can be uloaded/saved to your computer.

These definition-files with the extension *.def can be changed, extended and later downloaded to your iPhone.

All the saved or created record-files can be transferred from the PC to the iPhone and then imported into the system.

Once you have defined your table you can add, change, delete or move entries in your table.

If you click on an entry you get the details:

In the following example you see that you are allowed to enter a long text and to see a picture. Other types allow to call a phone number, to send an email or to show the position on a map.

Tapping a phone number opens the dialer:

If you click an address entry myMap is called and shows you your current position and the address position. Furthermore you can chose an address from the AdressBook.

Picture View allows browsing, adding and deleting pictures.

Adding a new picture? No problem! Several possibilities are offered: if you know the URL, type the exact URL. Otherwise you can open a website and copy the corresponding picture. Furthermore it is possible to download pictures from the PC in your photo library and then choose there a picture. Last but not least you can make a snapshot.

Another way to get pictures is to open the internal browser and to click Pics. This gives you a list of all existing pictures on the web site.

As mentioned before, you can specify 2 different passwords, which show you a different context. If not needed, turn off the password option.

In Setup you have furthermore the possibility to report bugs or to request changes. The internal webbrowser opens this website. Since you allowed to enter currency amounts, you can specify your preferred currency. Under link for pictures you can pre-define the link for the 'Get Pictures' screen.
